Our Customer Service Desk is located adjacent to the Food Court.

- 9am - 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
- 9am - 9pm Thursday
- 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday
Parenting Rooms
Colonnades provides parenting rooms to make your shopping experience easier. Parenting Rooms are conveniently equipped with change tables, bottle warming facilities, private feeding areas and amenities. Parenting Rooms can be found at the following locations:
- Upper level near Kmart
- Fresh Food Market near Rheinland
- Food Court near McDonalds
Disabled Care
Wheelchairs are available for free hire, however bookings are recommended on 8486 5700 to avoid disappointment.
Lift access is available on the Upper level, next to Jovi Tech and on the Lower level, near Cheap as Chips.
Centre Management
Centre Management is located just outside of the Centre in the Commonwealth House building, Ground Floor, near ANZ Bank.
